Unlike traditional data processing services, NeutralAI acts as a transient gateway. We do not store, log, or retain the content of the data (PII) processed through our neutralization engine. Once a request is neutralized and delivered back to the user or the target LLM, the data is permanently purged from our volatile memory.

Service Metadata:Non-identifiable technical data such as request timestamps, token counts, and latency metrics to monitor system health and billing accuracy.
